Mô tả công việc - Supervise, train and monitor all staff including customer service, technical, admin, leasing and outsourced suppliers - Control overall management of the property on behalf of the developer - Develop Standard Operating Procedures for staff and suppliers on the property - Deliver a smooth operation for the users of the property - Generate ideas and initiatives to increase income from all sources and reduce costs - Proactively help the business to grow by building network of commercial and client relationships - Plan and implement a prudent financial budget for the property - Foster positive relations between developer and building users - Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialist skills, experience and teamwork Quyền lợi được hưởng - Working in a dynamic and creative environment. - 13th month salary and bonus according to ability - Enjoy the social insurance, health insurance ... and other benefits according to the provisions of the Labor Law and the Company. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - University degree, preferably in real estate, hospitality, business or related - Knowledge of property management or previous experience managing residential or hospitality venues - Experience dealing with multinational customers, ability to communicate professionally - Experience in property or facilities management, Vietnam experience preferred (3-5 years experience for Property Manager, 5-10 years experience for Senior Property Manager) - Strong people management skills, Excellent Communication skills in English; Computer literacy - Understanding of general engineering/technical concepts
