As a Senior Multimedia Designer at ELSA, you will be responsible for design projects from concept to delivery and work closely with the Design Team Leader to understand about ELSA Product and design style. Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work. What you’ll be doing: Work with the Brand Marketing team to conduct conceptual exploration, establish directions and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of such directions through production. Work harmoniously with the Brand Marketing team to develop visual designs that effectively communicate product functions and brand identity through social posts, social ads, presentations, e-books, web layouts, videos, etc. Execute end-to-end marketing design strategy for multiple touch points based on brand guidelines Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, under supervision of Follow brand standards and actively develop graphic standards. This includes, but not limited to, 2D graphics, websites, videos, etc. Strong communication and time management skills Strong skills in ideating and conceptualizing Creative and strategic thinking capability Native Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2.
