Mô tả công việc Updating new legal regulations. Reading, researching and reviewing correspondence, reports and legal documents. Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to relevant laws. Handling of disputes and/or litigations when necessary. Drafting, reviewing, translating legal documents. Assisting in providing advice or authorized to represents the holdings in complex business transactions, including the following: Real Estate Transactions Assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts. o Finance Transactions o Procurement Transactions o Others Transactions Reviews and recommends all of SKR holdings’ legal documents. Provide advice on the legal risk assumed by the holding in connection with proposed decisions or actions, and advice on the development of new programs and initiatives. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in legal position company Knowledge and experience in principles and practices of civil, constitutional, contract, property, employment, environmental, municipal, commercial and administrative law Strong analytical skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues Bachelor of Law - LLB Good in both English and Vietnamese with communication skill for interaction with the government, the judicial system and negotiating parties Good drafting and advising skills Advanced in oral and written communication skill Good time and task management skills
