Mô tả công việc Make statistical and analysis forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, activities, market trend, budget, build up Baseline forecast. Integrate all forecast building blocks (baseline, promotion, seasonality, market trend…) to create a concrete S&OP number with fully documented captured activities, assumptions, changes. Manage and lead S&OP process, ensure all processes follow Global guideline. Contribute to Trade promotion activity regarding forecast perspective, supply & logistic matters. Communicate with all export countries to get their demand, challenge if there is any discrepancy. Submit total Region S&OP number to Global team monthly. Highlight all the gaps or risks compared to Budget, and public the final S&OP number with full approval from GM. Control healthy inventory by daily tracking stock level, sale performance, supply plan, stock allocation by region. Evaluate the shortage risk, define an action plan and communicate with all relevant partners. Challenge the forecast from the Sales team, Marketing team basing on concrete demand data analysis. Define and implement an action plan for Excess and Obsolete Inventory. Connect weekly to the Sales team to understand and analyze MTD performance, and build up MTG Best Estimate Sale Forecast. Manage Product Portfolio to simplify catalogue, maximize the contribution, and save the cost. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Have at least 3 years of experience in Demand planning, Supply planning. Own Bachelor’s degree. KPI oriented Logic thinking and data analysis are sharp. Be proficient in computer skills ( Excel, Word). Have knowledge on Supply Chain. Good in English both listening, writing and speaking. Good communication and presentation. Know SAP preferred.
