Mô tả công việc - (Senior) Account Service Executive is responsible for working under assigned projects and portfolios related to Education/Culture/Arts/ Hospitality - Assist account service/brand manager in client servicing meeting clients to gain full understanding of the projects, collect needed information, analyze the brief and get back with strategies, plans & budgets; act as key member to conduct meeting, update clients about projects. - Organize the work plan and work closely with internal teams to ensure actions are executed on time, on budget and with the expected quality. - Report directly to assigned account service/brand manager & leader - Actively participate in A-Z stages of each project: develop ideas, conduct plan & budget, brief internal teams and vendors, facilitate daily tasks, monitor KPJs and performance of team members and vendors, report, ... - Collaborate with admins to manage paperwork such as contracts and invoices. - Willingly participate into other projects if required. * AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY - Account Project management - Marketing activities * MEASUREMENT CRITERIA - Expertise (knowledge+ experience) - Related skills - Team spirit and attitude * OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Work closely with digital and PR team to create relevant content for client and projects. - Ability to work under pressure and deadline. - Will to improve market understanding, communication skills, project management skills. - All projects and companys internal issues are confidential. Quyền lợi được hưởng - In accordance to Companys Policy Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Education/ Trình độ học vấn: Bachelor degree or/and above - Executive/Senior Marketing Executive or Account Executive/Senior Account - Qualification/ Kiến thức chuyên môn: Advertising, communications, marketing - Experience/ Kinh nghiệm:At least 1-2 year of experience of being Marketing - Executive at the previous employer. - Understanding and experience in marketing communications activities, content marketing, and brand positioning. - Language: fluent in spoken and written English - Knowledge and experience working with digital media strategies and plans . - Understanding or experience in TV - Education - Culture and Arts industries is a plus.
