Algorithmics Vietnam was launched in 2020 and has expanded to 4 locations in HCMC. Join Us! Major duties and responsibilities: 1. Business development responsibilities: Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Algorithmics courses Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the Director of the business, and once agreed, implement those plans Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales Training, coaching, supervising Sales team Prepare Sales reports 2. Academic responsibilities: Implementation of curriculum projects Ensure smooth operations of the Academic services Work closely with Academic Manager: Provide the highest qualification program and services Monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires 3. Operation and administrative responsibilities: Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Center Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks at Center and liaise with the Operation Manager to ensure consistency Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center Monitor Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures Provide financial and academic reports to the Director of the business.
