Job Summary: The sales manager establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories. Job Responsibilities: · Conduct monthly distributive performance reviews consisting of comprehensive assessments of important outlooks and risky accounts and careful reviews of Scorecard and performance measurements manage distributors to enhance sales outcomes accountability. · Conduct thorough monthly assessment of important prospects and risky accounts with employees and report on earnings and loss internally through the S&OP process. · Distributors and direct accounts are forecast weekly as part of the S&OP regional demand plan. Process must incorporate base quantity analysis and forecast, incremental volumes, new product and gain-lost account adjustments. · Accountable to monitor and highlight opportunities and vulnerabilities in the monthly performance of distributors and direct accounts within the S&OP process. · Evaluate market analysis/market research in order to identify client demands, market trends, prospective volumes and the condition of competitors. · Strong customer relations in adjacent sectors. · Provide the necessary consumer enquiries in the business concept / solution / ID / layout. · Management of new inquiries/offer clarification/order in technical and business areas. · Managing the whole negotiation with the Managing Director in the investigation phases, offer, order/contract.
