Mô tả công việc - Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples - Deliver MRDs (what customers need and how the product will provide) and PRDs (how the product should actually be built) with prioritized features and corresponding justification - Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities - Perform product demos to customers - Be an expert with respect to the competition - Define the product strategy and roadmap - Propose an overall budget to ensure success - Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product - Act as a leader within the company Quyền lợi được hưởng - 13th-month Salary - Great healthcare - $1000/year - Competitive salary - Computer and software setup - $1300 - Professional development allowance - Profit Sharing - Work from anywhere - Sport Allowance: $100 - $150/month - Annual company retreat to awesome places Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Technical background - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Excellent teamwork skills - Experience in conducting several experiments during product development - Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past - Experience in a job in the crypto market is a plus
