Mô tả công việc • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation and closing as per requests of Partnership Distribution channels including Sales positions of Bancassurance Projects • Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs. • Act as strategic contact point for assigned channels, identify hiring needs, propose hiring strategies & initiatives on workforce planning • Accountable for key reports/metrics related to manpower, attrition, budget • Share similar duties and work hand in hand with the recruitment team. • Other assignments as business requires.
