Mô tả công việc Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items Order and manage office supplies such as namecard, stationaries, accessories, etc. Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally Manage travel booking request from other departments (hotels, air tickets, transportation, etc..) Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events Manage meeting room bookings from other departments, and make sure rooms are tidy and well-prepared for all meetings. Assist in General Office administration Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office Provide admin support to the team and departments Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required Yêu cầu kỹ năng University/College Degree Fluent in English communication Pleasant personalities, good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, mature with an attention to detail is preferred. Min 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitality Industry Good understanding and knowledge in document control and management Pro-active and highly resourceful Abilities to multi-task and work independently Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
