Mô tả công việc o Organize the project kickoff with project members and stakeholders. o Define project milestones and project phases. Identify possible risks and at the same time derive measures for minimization. o Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and be responsible for internal and external project communications. Distribute and prioritize work breakdown packages to the project teams. o Continuously carry out target / actual comparisons with regard to the project goals (time and costing aspects). Bring projects back on track to achieve the goals set. Report the current project status to top management on a regular basis.
