Mô tả công việc Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc. Technical Support - Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipments/machines. - Set up & install equipments/machines from the start until completing the commissioning. - Probe the causes of malfunction to equipments/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution. - Periodically inspect equipments/machines. - Conduct training on how to use equipments/machines to customers or how to do operation, maintenance, etc. - Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options. - Establish relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listen carefully to customers' concerns and address issues through after-service. - Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates. Others - Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors. - Cooperate with afiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Do tasks assigned by the company & department. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - No experience in Technical / Engineering division as full training provided. - From 22 to 28 years old. - University or above, bachelor's degree in Automation, Machinery, Electronics or related fields. - Proficient in English is an advantages. - Have a good bussiness manner and work hard. - Able to work productively in a high pressure environment. - Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas. - Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities. - Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, fair evaluation of Subordinates.
