Mô tả công việc Our client is an American lifestyle retailer that focuses on casual wear. They are looking for a local Vietnamese talent for 2 QA Auditors . JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems on assigned area of responsibility Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP) Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions in assigned area of responsibility Maintain and monitor quality procedural implementation in factory Vendor training for QA requirement (i.e visual inspect and garment measurements, ect) Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/ certification of certified Vendor auditors Conduct new factory on-boarding and production capability assessment Conducting in-line/end- line inspections for critical programs Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng 6+ years of experience in apparel industry Both oral and written in English and Vietnamese. Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections Experience in factory set-up/ systems with understanding of apparel machinery Diploma required; Degree preferred.
