Mô tả công việc As part of the largest oriental supermarket chain in the UK, your responsibilities shall includes but not limited to: Interact with the suppliers on a daily basis. Review inventories and order as required. Review deliveries against the orders/ Track the status of any orders. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Manage any procurement activities including posting purchase order on the e-till and SAP systems. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Follow up with international vendors and UK shops over the phone for delivery schedules/shipment. Prepare monthly purchase report in excel and share with VN and UK office. Co-ordinate with different UK stores, UK warehouse, UK head-office , Marketing departments. University graduation/Bachelors in Economics, Foreign Trade, International Business, Food Technology or any other related majors. Good communication skills Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working hour: 01.00PM - 09.00PM (Monday - Friday), 8.30AM - 12.30PM(Saturday). Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Good teamwork skills/ communication skills. Ability to work with teamwork. Able to work & stay calm under pressure and willing to work to contribute company’s growth and development. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
