Organize and manage, operate the entire project customer service of apartments Implement training sessions for staff carrying out customer services (complex management, reception, security and sanitary…) Develop and implement the program of Communities’ care and support Ensure monthly/yearly financial and management reports Build a system and set of standards for quality management and customer service for residents according to international standards Prepare yearly profit and loss budget to BOD Deal with suppliers Handle and increase good relationship with local government.
