Mô tả công việc Project Manager who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. You will conduct full life cycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify the improvements. Responsibilities: Report periodically per request. Consolidate all projects: Take part in project as project leader or project manager Manage documents of all projects: project briefs, project logs, project decks & others needed. Manage all project timeline, human resource. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Aggressively identify potential data quality issues; pinpoint trouble spots in data and processes; assess impact on customer needs and retention and make recommendations for improvement. Provide data reporting, analysis and support for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech teams. Mange all cost of projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure high quality standards for data integrity and accuracy, analysis and reporting. Perform research and root cause analysis of individual data issues. Produce ad-hoc reporting and complete special analytical projects that are used as input into system and process enhancements and changes. Work on a consultative basis for new project and enhancement initiatives to help ensure consistent application of data business rules and implementation of best practices. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Proven strong critical thinking skills, a track record of innovative thought, and deep analytical abilities. Bachelor's degree, specialized in Corporate Finance, Information Management, Business Administration or Statistics Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint.
