Mô tả công việc Overall Project management and construction management for wholes project about: I nfrastructures, public domain, landscaping: Overall management of site team construction engineers, architecture, MEP engineers, safety engineers … Overall control CM/CS team, contractors to complete and achieve BP/KPI, schedule, quality and handover products to customers Budget Management: ensure works and project Items are built as the approval project budget, manage the works change Quality Management: Manage the construction works as the Project Quality Plan, Design Code and Standard, existing Regulation. Ensure all works have to comply with the Company Quality policy, design and Standards. Schedule Management: create/establish the projects schedules comply with the business plan of the company, development plan of project, revise and manage the project schedule annually. Supervise, monitor and evaluate the completion plan performance for giving directions and solutions in time to complete the plans and minimize risks. Coordination: Coordinate with Construction/Suppervision Consultant Unit and the Relevant Departments to manage the project as Legal, C&C, DMD, TSD, P&B… Coordinate with Housing team/ Housing Project manager to make sure of handing over, connection, quality and time schedule approach smoothly. Coordinate between construction packages of infra, landscape, MEP, building, houses… to ensure no conflict happened and schedule is secured. HSE management : ensure the works are executed as HSE company policy. Risk Management: Coordinate to or Handle difficulties/risks that may occur during construction time. Give directions and solutions in time to complete the plans and minimize risks. Others: Coordinate with relevant departments to perform regulations, standards and criteria for selecting contractors to ensure project quality with reasonable costs. Prepare and develop products quality by improvements during construction (best practices, lesson learns, site walks …) Implement policy, regulation, process, construction process, handover / receiving project systems to ensure the effective construction of projects, raise productivity, reduce labor accidents and ensure the compliance with provisions of law. Make weekly, monthly project reports and weekly issues to PDD. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Management Project) Having experiences, certificates related to Finance Management/ Project/ Design/Construction… At least 5 years working experience at equivalent position.
