Check with seller Project Manager (E - Commerce)

Mô tả công việc - Establish and maintain relationships with brands and all stakeholders - Meet and work closely with the brand to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal members - Report on campaign effectiveness: during and after each campaign - Delivery market insights and strategy to achieve the target - Build up detailed long term & short term business plan to develop the brand’s e-commerce stores, include: sales strategy, marketing plan, price, promotion, campaign & budget on each platform - Use and continually develop leadership skills - Evaluate each campaign and give ideas for new sales strategies - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Manage team to ensure that all assigned E-commerce projects are operated effectively according to the business guidelines of the company and brands. - Data analysis with strategic vision - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Quyền lợi được hưởng - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year - Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year - Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits - Company trip once a year + Joining party - Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - 3-4 years in brand companies or e-commerce agencies with deeply e-commerce experience - Experience in customer retail management - Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits - Experience in branding management - Working closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Vietnam & Asia (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Adayroi, ...) - Experience in communication and working under pressure - Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams - Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus
