Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent required. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style. Minimum of 1-3 years prior experience in project management in healthcare industry. Demonstrate high performance orientation, detail orientation, market knowledge and sound judgment. Demonstrate ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change, and manage projects. Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer (internal or external) objectives. Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
