Leadership the teams to develop a township project over 300ha Has overall responsibility for the successful management of real estate projects (Township, Residential, high building) from beginning to finish, manage the whole teams (Project Management, Construction, site, QA, Architect Manager,…) to ensure the successful completion of the project is on time and within budget. Ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time. To ensure high quality development management; managing financial objectives of the project and others project objectives. Minimum 15 years of professional working experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years in senior position. Successfully delivered residential Projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills, organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
