Mô tả công việc The duties and responsibilities of the PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR are include, but are not limited to the following: - To understand overall planning and deadlines to achieve production targets. - To understand how to control and operate the machines parameters in Pre & Post treatment department. - To ensure that all fabrics are produced in Pre / Post treatments meet the specified specifications. - To assign & delegate different tasks to shift leaders and workers throughout production operation. - To work closely with department manager to ensure the correct production processes and parameters. - Work closely and liaise with Warehouse, Dye-Ox, Lab, Quality control, Maintenance, Merchandising & HR team members. - Responsible to handover & update all information related to production planning to all shift leaders & operators. - Comply with all Company policies and procedures in order to maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
