Mô tả công việc Pay attention Working location will be assigned depending on candidate location => Business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week Company office is in Dist 1, HCMC - Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage - Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress - Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control - Overlook POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production - Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard - Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system - Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target. - Handling group of business partners (over 10 partners generally), regularly visiting & attending meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion - Regularly lead meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion - Report to Director, Overseas Production Officers ※ This Job opportunity is NOT open for R&D・Merchandiser position and Store Operation Quyền lợi được hưởng • Thời gian làm việc chủ động, linh hoạt. • Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo nghiệp vụ chuyên môn cùng các kỹ năng mềm như giao tiếp, thuyết trình, làm việc nhóm, quản lý…do Tập đoàn tổ chức. • Cơ hội thăng tiến công bằng, rõ ràng. • Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, trẻ trung, năng động.
