Mô tả công việc - Sourcing new suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet specific technical specifications, negotiating purchase terms, and evaluating supplier performance. - Demonstrates the ability to view situations from a “general interest” perspective with consideration of the business and operations impact. - Liaise with FrieslandCampina global category and central procurement services team to ensure proper local implementation of vendor master data/contracts for the purchase of relevant materials - Liaise closely with Marketing, Production, QC, R&D, Finance on improvement projects on the total purchasing spectrum (order lead time, price, quality, specification, payment method, bulk discount, alternative suppliers and products, etc.) - Manage nonconforming product handling process related to the purchased materials - Manage procurement functionality in the company’s ERP system - Takes ownership in the development of category related documentation and deliverables - Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or technical fields - Good at project management skills with ability to plan tasks, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, build consensus, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently. - Experience: Min 2 years of experiences in Procurement - Good at problem solving and analytical skills with ability to extract key themes, determine root causes, develop creative solutions, and craft concise messages - Understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application within a center-led Supply Chain - Good at financial analytical skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal and influence skills. - Fluent English language skills.
