Mô tả công việc Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the specification and requirement to build up the sourcing strategy for indirect items and services (especially ATL, Digital, Media, support services to Sales and Marketing) Understand business needs & engage with stakeholders to meet their priorities, ensure compliance with Procurement procedure and best practice PROCUREMENT WORKFLOW Manage the entire project from sourcing, pitching, cost negotiation, PO/Contract, GR posting and checking documents for Liquidation 2. COST MANAGEMENT Conduct the pitch as policy Cost verification and negotiation to gain the best value Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation and benchmark to ensure the competitive TCO with standard quality and timeline Build up the standard price for routine items 3. VENDOR MANAGEMENT Proceed to source new vendor following the requirements and policy Conduct proper training to vendors about Procurement workflow Handle to evaluate Vendor Performance annually Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng English communication in business level Bachelor's degree System savvy (SAP/Others) and proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel At least 3-5 year of experience in big company as the same role Have a strong knowledge and experience about Procurement for indirect goods/services Procurement, market and supply knowledge Knowledge about marketing services is preferred
