Mô tả công việc MISSION Assist the Chief Executive Office in his work and contribute to the work performance of the Board of Directors ACTIVITIES 1. Administration to CEO: Ensure the CEO’s personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip… Check and ensure the logistics for everyday work of the CEO, and of the meetings and events related to the CEO 2. Organization and contribution to content Ensure the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company. Write speeches, letters … and send messages for the CEO. Ensure the right translation and the meaning. Ensure the CEO’s schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people. Assist the CEO in the management of his team and of the company Contribute to the meeting content if necessary 3. Coordination with theGroup: Ensure the meetings/calls and information sharing between the Group and the Business Unit Ensure the business trip logistics/reception and work planning of the Group’s visitors, upon requirement of the CEO 5. Miscellaneous: Coordination with different Department when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Head Office and/or for work of the CEO Check if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure … Inform the CEO of news related to the business 6.
