Mô tả công việc - Intercompany reconciliation. - Produce AP aging report, reconcile with vendor. - Prepare cash project plan report, Treasury report weekly. - Supplier invoice processing: ensure 3-way matching, book entries into accounting software in accordance with the internal control policy. - Monitor vendor master in AP module based on the vendor form. - Prepare the payments through internet banking to suppliers, employees, and others. - Response to vendors on any problems of payment. - Book all payments and receipts into accounting system - Maintain a record of fixed assets, insurance for all entities. - Allocate payments to invoices in Account Payable - Support to make ad-hoc reports as required. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - 1 - 2 years experienced in accounting; - Understand Vietnam Accounting Standard; - Good at English communication; - Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting or related field; - Good at Microsolf Office, especially Excel.
