Mô tả công việc · Manage the daily operations through supervision of dispatchers and all operations staff. · Oversee and ensure professional delivery and pickup operations. · Implement and maintain standard operating procedures. · Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash. · Ensure delivery to customers on time and with precision. · Lead the troubleshooting, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity. · Manage interdependencies and risks, for multi-functional, and drive resolution of key initiative challenges, escalating risks and issues to the Head of Dept for guidance and decision where required. · Provide strategic and operational guidance on the implementation of key strategic projects & operational initiatives ensuring that these projects meet their strategic intent and goals.
