Mô tả công việc • Partnering with the GCFO, ITBSM, and relevant Functions to lead the RF’s information technology infrastructure strategy and execution of the company’s ERP System. • The jobholder detailed responsibilities are enumerated below which include but not limited to:  Managing email, internet, help desk & access control;  Network Management, Data, and Network Security’;  Server maintenance (physical & virtual);  Interacting with IT vendors and relevant service providers upon GCFO’s guidance, to procure IT hardware and software applications;  Provides technical support and guidance to Service Desk staff;  Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner;  Provides Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management. This includes formulating and implementing policies and standards to improve quality of ITIL administration;  If applicable, provides Citrix or Virtual Private Network (VPN) support (or any relevant virtualized Windows applications, desktops, and resources to remote users;  Provides relevant Switches, Firewall and Routers support and administration;  Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.  Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, VPN Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and systems back-ups;  Responsible for management of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook and MS Office;  Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery;  Ensures delivery of individual and team projects allocated within aggressive delivery times.  Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures;  Monitors business’ critical processes and systems;  Installs, configures and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure.  Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels;  Develop and lead the replacement of needed IT infrastructure at end of life;  Conducts testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components.  Maintains server uptime consistent with Business goals and metrics;  Maintains and consistently improves server and network performance, reliability and security in line with best practice or relevant ISO standards (if applicable);  Identifies opportunities to simplify IT Service Desk operations through continuous improvement initiatives; and  Provide occasional out of hour support in case emergency business situation. • Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with company’s requirements and expectations. • Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process (including drafting and formulation of relevant processes, policies and procedures) to support Company’s ISO9001 certification and implementation. • Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting. • Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network, data security, highly available server and network architectures. • Leadership for 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. • Performs any other IT-related tasks as may be required from time to time by GCFO or by the BOD Quyền lợi được hưởng ■ Salary in Gross & Net: Negotiable ■ Working condition - Working time : Monday ~ Friday: 7:30 ~ 16:30 - Trợ cấp xăng xe, điện thoại - Bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp theo luật bảo hiểm. Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại bệnh viên uy tín. ■ Interview step: 1-2 rounds Yêu cầu kỹ năng • University degree in IT, computer science, or related field. • Knowledge of IT systems/technologies and financial systems/technologies. At least 3-4 years as an IT Manager, preferably in the financial services industry. • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral). • Flexible and ability to work under pressure. Functional / Technical: • At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting and managing IT infrastructure, Service Delivery, Network Hosting. • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and ITIL. • In depth knowledge of Active Directory (Design, Security and Administration). • In depth knowledge of Messaging (MS Exchange, Archiving, Unified Communications). • In depth knowledge of Networking technologies and concepts. • Good understanding of IT security and Data protection. • Good understanding of Cloud and mobile technology. • Good knowledge of Citrix, VVPN or support (or any relevant virtualized Windows applications, desktops, and resources to remote users). • Working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Stacks, Storage Area Network (SAN). • Experience of working with IT 3rd party Vendors. • A very strong customer-oriented approach with a service delivery mindset. • Ability to prioritize and allocate resource / effort appropriately.
