Mô tả công việc A. General Information: Working Location: President Place, 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC. Weekly travel to Schindler factory at Hiep Phuoc IZ, Nha Be, HCM may be required. Working Hours: 8.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday B. Responsibilities: - Provide financial guidance and advices to Department Heads - Act as first point of contact for all financial aspects in New Installation and Factory - Assist Department Heads to prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs of and present it to management team for approval. - Determine profitable opportunities for business unit and implement processes and systems to achieve higher profits. - Coordinate with Department Heads to improve financial growth of business unit. - Prepare statistical analysis of plans and financial results, and management reports - Prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs and present it to management team for approval. - Develop and document internal controls, and maintain accounting systems - Oversee month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-ago results and projections. - Supervise account reconciliation, manage all commercial accounts and update journal units. - Administer business development processes and provide consultation on all new accounts Quyền lợi được hưởng Attractive sales incentive PVI Health and Accident Insurance 16 - 18 annual paid leaves Yêu cầu kỹ năng C. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with professional qualification. • ACCA/CPA is a plus • Minimum 4 years experience in an accounting, finance or related business preferably within construction, engineering, project management, and/or manufacturing industry • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgments • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills with excellent written and spoken English • Demonstrates urgency, flexibility, adaptability and desire to learn, clearly defining priorities and objectives • Proficiency in English and MS Office D.
