General:  Responsibility in the development Products by CEO or line manager requirement/ arrangement  Research, analyze and evaluate the market/ competitors to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities  Supplier management, negotiation of trading terms, rebates  Responsibility in first order of new products and connect with store to control stock/ inventory/ full display B. Merchandising:  Ensure that the Pricing Strategy is fully in place and understood by Suppliers  Be responsible for Target Sales, Margin, Rebates, Manage Purchase/ Sales/ Inventory inside Division/Department  Manage the performance of a defined category assortment plan effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation  Work out sales and promotion plan, event plan and solve merchandiser problem  Re-assess sku/item performance on a regular basis to identify and deal with any old stock C. Others:  Complete job and work with Marketing/ Planogram team by Merchandise Manager requirement  Ensure clear communication and understanding to Operations of any action taken that impact on the Customer or Stores  Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization  Perform all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and professional/proper manner Quyền lợi được hưởng  Insurances and allowances as Labor Code  Training  Bonus based on company policy and business result  Safe and friendly working environment  Fulltime, from Monday to Friday Yêu cầu kỹ năng  University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects  Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising job  Customer-focused, show the passion of the merchandise career and create, develop new products at market  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure  Strong analytical ability, good in data/ figures and reports  Abilities to use computer, office programs and database  Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and oral), Korean is advantageous  Minimum 1year experience in retail business
