Mô tả công việc Category Management R&D new product of beverage, food categories. Conduct frequent market research/report for new products and pricing…. to ensure range selection meet customer needs. Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy. Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit. Promotion Create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events. Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns. Make sure sufficient stocks and proper POSM during promotion time. Supplier Management Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms. Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy. Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding. Other job.
