Mô tả công việc Provide prompt support to clients when needed Support Doctor in taking care of clients during and after examinations, check-ups, and treatments Manage medical supply storage (medicine & skincare products), ensure proper inventory, work with suppliers and place orders Manage day-to-day activities of the Nurse and Medical Advisor teams Manage medical equipment Delegate tasks to team members Conduct training of existing members to maximize their potential Build training material and train new staff Perform probationary and performance reviews Build and improve process, work quality Contribute to the growth of the success and growth of the company through implementation of “We Care” values. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Good at English communication skills Degree in Nursing or Pharmaceutical Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset At least 4 years’ experience, 1 year in managerial level, experienced in skincare/beauty industry is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proactive, responsible and confidence Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
