Mô tả công việc - Working with Business Development Manager to set up Marketing plan for the whole year including timeline and budget. - Working with Group Marketing in head office to understand the concept and marketing strategy of Eurofin Group and apply to Eurofins Viet Nam. - Organizing Forum, workshop, Seminar, exhibition,… - Support BD team in preparing tender. - Set up & Design marketing kit : Brochure, leaflet, gift,… in both English and Vietnamese. - Developing marketing online : website, LinkedIn, technical forum, E-news letter. - Support BD team in contact with association/ union/ NGO for marketing activity. - Support BD team in collecting information of related event , exhibition and analyse level of participating. - Set up clients satisfaction survey tool. - Specific tasks which is assinged case by case by Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Appropriate University Degree (BA or Master degree in Marketing field or Business Administration, or Economic is preferable) - 1-2 years of experience at the same position - Experienced in marketing, event organiser, PR - Office computer skills ( MS Word, Exel, MS PowerPoint) - Good communication in English including translating document and writing document - To manage the website, social media accounts. - Organizing the events (workshop, trade fair, exhibition etc.). - Collecting market information though public channels.
