Mô tả công việc Category/Group Brands planning and Development: - Leading the category planning process, monitors, analysis and evaluates market trends and consumer behavior to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. - Developing total strategic mid- and long- term direction for the assigned categories in order to achieve annual, and long-term sales, profit and marketing objectives. - Developing strong marketing plans for new and existing products including positioning, pricing strategy, communication and marketing programs. Implementation and management: - Directing the implementation of approved plans by providing advice and direction to the Brand Team and facilitating coordination with related internal Functions and external third parties. - Monitoring monthly category budget and P&Ls ensuring that all activities are within budget and financial parameters - Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - University Graduate - Ability to analyze and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data - Strong knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles - An understanding of the market and consumer insights and trends - Strong people management and persuasion skills to manage and influence at all levels of the company - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Preferred BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Medical / Pharmaceutical/ Economics - Analytical mind with strategic ability - Good understanding of numeracy Experiences - Previous experience in category management is a plus - 3-5 experience in the position of Senior / Group Brands Manager at MNC in Pharmaceutical/FMCG - Experience of launching new products General Skills - Presentation skill - Excellent planning and organizing skills - Efficient communication skill - Decision Making skill - Office computer skill (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…) Other requirements - English: Good communication skills in English, both verbally & written. - Enthusiastic, creative and ability to make influence and active impact - Thorough understanding of Business and related government regulations - Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure
