Mô tả công việc ***Primary Role of Position: The Mapping QA Specialist analyzes and provides quality assurance on the mapping work completed for EDI related projects such as Trading Partner Maps, Client/ERP maps, Shipping Labels, Packing Lists, and Specifications where applicable. The position requires programmatic, logical thinking and the ability to grasp the use of proprietary software to QA the aforementioned. Responsibilities: 1. KRA 1: Map Quality Assurance (60%) • QA and provide feedback on Trading Partner and/or Client Maps. Label Templates and Packing Slips per Client and Client Trading Partner requirements where applicable in the organization • Participate in the refinement and documentation of internal mapping related processes • Examine Trading Partner/Client specification modifications to assess impact to current Trading Partner/Client maps, labels, packing slips • Coordinate QC/QA process of new and modified Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable • Define and implement projects related to standardization, organization and process development as they relate to mapping QA 2. KRA 2: Professional Services Department Support (30%) • Conduct ongoing meetings with Implementations to refine the QA process. • Communicate with mapping any trends we are seeing and make recommendations to update base template maps • Develop monthly reports to track progress/regression to quality 3. KRA 3: Sales Support (10%) • Develop and conduct ongoing training for TrueCommerce employees requiring Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips knowledge • Support PSD with EDI Standards, Trading Partner/Client feedback, labels and advanced troubleshooting • Execute on other assignments as directed. 4. KRA 4: Sales Support (10%) • Assist the Sales Team with information gathering regarding Trading Partners/ERPs to close deals • Provide mock transaction maps when needed to support the sales process • Communicate with Sales on an as needed basis to changes with Trading Partners that may require additional sales or “swaps” Quyền lợi được hưởng - Extra Healthcare Insurance for Employee & Dependant - 12 annual leave days and 2 personal leave days - 13h Month Salary & Talented Retention Bonus - Wage: $500-$900 Yêu cầu kỹ năng *** Experience years: • 1-2+ years client services, business to business, computer support/service • 1-2+ years with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, * Internet Applications: • 1-2+ years of Programming knowledge preferred • 1-2 years of EDI experience is preferred • 1-2 years data/software testing is preferred Good command of English • Having IT background • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Experience in customer-oriented position and have knowledge about supply chain • Willingness to dedicate extra effort beyond standard working hours. *** Education/Training Preferred: • Associates/ Bachelors in Computer Science Liên hệ - Người liên hệ: Chau Ngoc Thanh
