Mô tả công việc Responsible for the day-to-day legal matters in cooperation with Management of The Grand Ho Tram Strip/The Bluffs and assigned by Director of Legal; Provide in house legal opinions with respect to commercial laws, enterprise law, investment law, labor law, intellectual property law, general tax issues, etc… to relevant departments and affiliates; Work closely with Management of The Bluffs and The Grand Ho Tram Strip and support the Director of Legal as and when required, to ensure compliance by the departments; Provide risk assessment and legal advices on company operational and development projects; Research and prepare adjustments of the Company’s AML internal controls to fit the applicable regulations within the established procedures for presentation and approval; Participates as directed in the investigation, analysis of and reporting on financial transactions and customer data for possible suspicious activity, money laundering and/or other violations according to Anti Money Laundering (AML) applicable regulations; Negotiate, review and draft contracts, corporate documents and other legal governmental documents; Where necessary, organize meeting for addressing queries, issues and facts that the audit team member raise up and take notes of measurements; Liaise with regulatory authorities where necessary; Serves as the liaison with regulatory agencies if required and is responsible for submitting applicable regulatory filings to the authorities. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Compliance experience is preferred; 03- 05year experience as in-house lawyer in a multinational corporation or lawyer in a law-firm or similar industry experience is preferred; Experienced in managing all legal aspects for an independent business unit or operation is an advantage. University degree in law from a reputable university; Lawyer Practicing Certificate; Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations; Good knowledge of investment laws, enterprise laws and labour laws and contract management; Highly proficiency in oral, writing and communications in both English and Vietnamese; Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving, balanced and independent judgment, law interpretation and implementation skills; Able for frequent travel to site/resort if required; Prioritize work, details oriented, strong communication skills; Legal Manager for an independent business / division is preferred; Willing to travelling as required.
