Mô tả công việc 1. To compose all legal documents for Head of Legal’s review & initial prior to getting the authorized signatures; 2. To manage legal updates and legal advices and legal documents officially issued by companies on LDMS 3. To provide legal advices on issues/matters arising from Heineken Vietnam Group’s business & production as Head of Legal’s assignments;" 4. To compose/modify all templates of legal documents necessary for users; and compose monthly/quarterly reports; 5. To assist Head of Legal in systemizing updated laws/regulations for monthly legal update; 6. To legally review all contracts/ agreements with the total value of the allowed ammount 7. To compose required documents/applications/dossiers to authorities & follow up status for updating & informing timely 8. To follow up & manage Legal Team budget usage reports; 9. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Qualification: University degree in Commercial Law/ Economics Law. Memberships of Bar Association in VN Skill Required: At least 4-year experience in Law consultation Good communication/Interpersonal Skills Creative and analytical thinking Convincing skill and Organizing/Planning skills Honesty, impartiality PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc) Language: Conversant in spoken and written English
