Mô tả công việc ● Prepare and develop creative ideas and concepts based on brief requirements such as designing brochures, logos, signs, labels, posters, advertisements, packaging, menus, flyers, vouchers, presentation formatting, and other materials; ● Ensure all designs following brand guidelines in order to present a strong and consistent branding identity; ● Support to create and edit video clips; ● Produce drafts for review by Manager/Director and modify, revise, and edit designs based on the feedback received; ● Directly order, manage and collaborate with printers to give out the finished products with the right print quality and materials as approved; ● Participate in developing and adjusting content and images for Manager and colleagues if needed; ● Support and guide team members to accomplish the task well; ● Participate in the implementation, control and completion of technical standards; ● Deep understanding of company’s aesthetics to maintain and improve brand consistency throughout all our projects; ● Join and support company’s event if required; ● Complete report as requirement; ● Other tasks as required. Working Places: ● Lacàph Space Sài Gòn (head office): 220 Nguyễn Công Trứ, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City ● Lacàph Roastery: 75 Đường Số 2, Thảo Điền, District 2 (Thủ Đức City), Ho Chi Minh City Working Time: ● 9:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. Yêu cầu kỹ năng ● At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design; ● Degree in graphic design or related field, or an exceptional portfolio that makes a degree clearly less important; ● Proficient in using software of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and others software (3D software,…) is a plus; ● Have experience in product packaging design, materials, and printing technology; ● A keen eye for aesthetics and details; ● Good planning, organizing & time management skills; ● Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously; ● Exceptional creativity and innovation; ● Communicate English fluently; ● Submit CV or portfolio in English.
