Mô tả công việc - Junior architect must be able to do design drawings, design development, technical drawings, construction drawings, submission (Authority drawings). - Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project – from Conceptual Design, Basic and Detail design. - Preparation of all documents including presentation drawings, working drawings, construction details. - General practice of architecture in the aspect of design, building construction. - Design, planning, 3D modeling. - Working from Monday - Friday (day off Saturday and Sunday) Quyền lợi được hưởng - Yearly bonus based on performance - Training in a professional international environment - Outing trip, Family trip, Team Building every year - Extra health insurance Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Experience with industrial project is one advantage - Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS office, Lumion. - Required language: Communicate by English. - Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must. - Ability to work efficiently and manage one’s own time. Being self-starter, proactive, ability to learn and result-oriented. - Having ability to manage the assigned works to meet the required deadline strictly - Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent. - Bachelor of Architecture, graduated from Architecture university. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. - 1-4 years of relevant work experience Experienced in International architectural design or Construction Company is preferred
