Mô tả công việc Yes4All LLC is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Project Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple fuction of business. Project Managers leverage their management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, resolve issues to drive projects to successful completion. You will identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems (e.g. ambiguous, with little to no existing structure, have significant business risk and/or potential for significant impact), and resolve issues by utilizing strong influencing skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment and effectively build change management strategies into the programs in which you are in charge. JOB DESCRIPTION - Proactively engage with teams to iterate on processes, communications and project standards - Maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders - Drive the prioritizing, planning, and execution of cross functional projects that span systems integrations, compliance, special company initiatives, etc. - Identify impacts to existing processes and workflows and help solve for impacts - Build automation into workflows to facilitate faster delivery of projects - Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones and completion dates - Be a reliable go-to resource for questions on project management and process improvements. - Deliver projects on time and within budget. - Be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes. Yêu cầu kỹ năng -        PMP Certification or other formal project management training is a plus (college equivalents, company training programs, etc.) -        Has 4 -6 years project management experience in Ecommerce/ Retail/ Supply Chain/ Sport or lifestyle product corporate. -        Advanced use: Salesforce, Tableau, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint (or equivalent) skills. -        Comfort learning new tools and technology concepts quickly Communication ●       Strong leadership skills: Resilience, sense of urgency, calm under pressure, persistence, influencing skills, interpersonal skills, ownership/accountability, managerial courage. ●       Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills Project Management ●       Strong experience planning for and managing projects of all shapes, sizes, complexity ●       Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous startup environment ●       Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders, effectively manage their expectations and establish priorities ●       Self-motivated and productive in a highly ambiguous environment. ●       Skilled in managing deadlines, communication of timelines, assessment of resources, organizational skills -        Data Analysis & Business Case Development -        Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses -        Strong analytical capabilities and ability to visualize and manipulate data, experience with Tableau/Amplitude/MODE, or similar tools
