Mô tả công việc Roles: The main duties of a solutions analyst are: Talk to stakeholders and develop a functional requirements specification. Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure. Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates Responsibilities: Conduct solution analysis and engage through all phases of requirements translation to system changes developments. Cover the technical design changes impact assessment in the new solutions deployed. Working with other project members from various business units to identify functional solutions for the objective of the project (scope: Business Requirement document, Functional Requirement study, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and support), prioritize the requirements, prepare functional specifications for system enhancement, and providing recommendations related to the proposed solution. Operate across organizational boundaries to ensure system implementation and changes to business requirements will be successful and accepted by all parties. Obtain functional requirements via interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, used cases, scenarios analysis, etc. Conduct relevant functional analysis covering detailed business requirement analysis, solution analysis from a business/functional perspective, and being involved in functional impact assessment to identify and recommend solutions for system implementation and business improvements. Provide requirements specifications according to standard templates; decompose business requirements into Functional Specification Document (FSD). Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology Experienced in project planning, impact analysis, and execution of activities related to the implementation of business requirements for new or existing systems Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge and/or experience in the Insurance or Finance industry is an added advantage. At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Solution Analyst. Strong communication skills, excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in speaking and writing.
