Working closely with key users, leveraging functionality to business operation. Analyze business requirements & processes, should able to suggest short-term and long-term solution. Work as QA/QC to make sure that every release is high quality and timely. Responsible for writing BRD/FSD/SRS… for development teams. Provide system support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Own product release schedule, work closely with engineers. Experience inAgileSoftware Development with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Highly responsible in work, entrepreneur mindset, self-organized and good teamwork spirit. Graduated from University or above. Good English skills. NICE TO HAVE: Technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, SW architecture …); Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas; Experienced working in development Retail/ POS/ eCommerce systems; Willing to involve in quality assessment works.
