Mô tả công việc Work as QA/QC to make sure that every release is high quality and timely. Analyze business requirements & processes, should able to suggest short-term and long-term solution. Working closely with key users, leveraging functionality to business operation. Responsible for writing BRD/FSD/SRS… for development teams. Participate in feature design & product roadmap development. Provide system support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Own product release schedule, work closely with engineers. Good understanding of the business processes, capturing requirements. Good understanding of process management (analysis, design, development, implementation and change management…) Experience in Agile Software Development with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies. Ability to use tools like Axure, Balsamiq Mockups to build wireframe & prototype. Prefer knowledge at UI / UX . Graduated from University or above. Highly responsible in work, entrepreneur mindset, self-organized and good teamwork spirit. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good English skills. NICE TO HAVE: Experienced working in development Retail/ POS/ eCommerce systems Technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, SW architecture …). Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas. Willing to involve in quality assessment works
