Mô tả công việc MISSION/ SUMMARY - Import Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of handling import shipments from pre-order to warehouses.. - Minimize time and cost to enhance task efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for importing goods according to regulations: - Check freight rate by sea, by air according to the requirements of each order (if any) - Receive and update order data from the Buying team/Director. - Check full set of import documents, make sure the documents are suitable according to the requirements of the customs, quarantine dept and the company. - Check import procedures, apply for import permits - Ensure the import of appropriate items according to the regulations of the government and the company. - Track and trace shipments status, update shipping status and alert relevant departments when ETA are later than expected. - Contact the bank to receive documents (if payment term in LC) - Notify import and VAT tax information to accounting dept (FAST) in time. - Handle and report arising problems related to shipments. - Prepare all documents for customs declaration, price consultation, post-clearance audit. - Maintain import documents according to regulations, adapt to the requirements of internal, audit and customs dept * Inform delivery plan to Supply Chain daily and weekly: - Notify the list of goods, delivery time to warehouses for Supply Chain. - Work closely with forwarder on the progress of customs procedures, the expected delivery schedule to warehouses. - Notify estimated DDP to relevant departments. * Responsible for calculating the total cost of imported goods and other related tasks: - Calculate final DDP for import shipments and email to accounting dept (FAST) - Calculate estimated DDP for import shipments. - Summarize arising cost to suppliers/ warehouses due to their fault and inform to relevant parties. - Check red invoices, summary of costs and arrange payments to Forwarders, Shipping lines (if any) * Reporting - Status of shipments. - Collect database, other reports as required. Yêu cầu kỹ năng KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE * Knowledge: - Good command of Incoterms - Experiences and knowledge related to import and export, supply chain management. * Experience: - Able to work independently or in group under high pressure. - Good command of English language. - Proficient in MS office applications, mail exchange. * Education: Bachelor degree * Seniority: At least 6 months experience in Import-Export/ Logistics/Supply chain * Language: English * Office skills: Microsoft Office, mail * Attitude: Positive, engaged attitude, self-motivated and responsible for the work. COMPETENCIES * Core competencies: * People competencies: - Able to learn and adapt quickly. - Smart, careful, good communication ability. - Positive, engaged attitude and self-motivated. - Capable of managing workload and task prioritization without close supervision. - Ability to control the situation and always proactively suggest the optimal solution.
