Mô tả công việc - Builds and controls System, Organizational chart, Functions and duties of Departments, job descriptions, improves policies, regulations and procedures, Employee KPI evaluation system. - In aligned with business strategy, establishes HR management & organization strategy, implement, and reviews initiatives and ensures operational excellence, including but not limited to as follows: • Designs, develops and ensures the delivery of HR annual, mid-term strategies and initiatives; ensures promote organizational culture of teamwork. • Provides continuous improvement of HR systems by designing and effectively governance of HR policies and procedures in line with current best practice, future HR trend and changing of Vietnam legislation and regulations. • Manages all spectrum of HR operation such as: Talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits,… • Responsible for managing organization workforce cost and expenses according to budget. • Manages to ensure excellent delivery of Expatriate Services relating to Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card, Accommodation. • Receives and resolves employee complaints, handles labor relationships.
