Mô tả công việc Mô tả: • Be responsible for all the jobs related to Social Insurances (SI, HI, UI), payroll, personal income tax matters • Monitor employee's day-leave, daily attendance, … • Prepare monthly payroll for all employees. • Inputting the employee information to HR system. • Ensure, supervise, orient the employee obey the company’s Regulation. • Assist Manager & Senior officer about making visa, work permit, temporary residence card for expatriates. • Checking and maintain office facility, environment. • Booking the hotel, air ticket and so on for employee’s business trip. • Support recruitment process (Posting and searching job on the website, Screening CV & phone interviewing with potential candidates and arranging appointments for interviewing) • Administer all HR related documentation and communications, such items as offer letters, contracts of employment, exit interviews, terminations and benefits information. • Other HR tasks assigned by HR&GA Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng • Meal allowance 50.000 VND per day • Pay insurance with full basic salary • Health check per year • Salary review policy in January per year • Company trip, birthday party, team dinner,... • Parking motorbikes fee • 13th bonus salary • Bonus gift on special occasion • Seniority allowance • 12 annual leave per year • Company support Korean class for free • Congratulations and condolences policy.
