Mô tả công việc 1.1. Job objective: - Systematize and analyze performance data of company to recognize good performed employee - Recognize and arlert issue to support HR Manager to maintain manpower. 1.2. Scope of work: - Analyze performance of all employees - Summary all department’s KPI evaluate - Analyze report as required 1.3. Job relationship: HR Data Analysis Executive must have good relationship with individual, department, partner to do the roles and responsible as below: - Relating Departments: Sales, Logistic, Marketing, Accounting. 1.4. Job responsibilities: - Transform data KPI to report – Make sure all data are transparented and exacted. - Statistics of HR data; summarize monthly report / database and make relevant conclusions / recommendations to support HR Manager decisions periodically; Provides weekly, monthly analysis reports. - Monthly Orientation – Welcome new member. - Ensure that all information, report procedures and feedback are fully implemented and transferred timely. - Keep relationship with the sales force to provide / receive information on performance/ - Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin manager and HR Manager. Job requirements: 1.1. Capabilities requirement: - Ability to analyze data - Problem solving mindset - Strong sense of issue detect - Can-do spirit - Critical thinking - Honesty, interity - Microsoft Office proficiency 1.2. Skills: - Communication: speaking and writing fluently in Vietnamese and English. Ability to communicate smoothly messages to listener. 1.3. Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences: - Graduated University major: Secretary, Finance, Accounting or the other relevanr major. - At least 2 years experience - Have experience for working in FMCG. 1.4. Age/Sexual/Other requirement: - Male or Female from 25 years old.
