Mô tả công việc For both Sample and/or First of Production (FOP) and Mass Production Goods (MPG) and in collaboration with stakeholders’ departments: Monitor and collect Subcons FOP & MPG manufacturing progress self-reporting and regularly assess progress at Subcons premises to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) Arrange and join FOP reviews at Subcons premises and ensure FOP is approved by Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and QC before starting mass production and that Goods are produced following the FOP. Notify Planner/Buyer/Category Manager of any issues with Purchase Order details (pricing, dates, quantities, payments, etc.) Get Subcons to repair or replace any Goods discovered defective after Delivery. Generate OTD Reports, identify, alert, propose remediation plan and coordinate with all the Parties to resolve any Risks of delay that may affect OTD Report and share with Category Manager and Buyers potential and risks associated with suppliers/subcontractor’s capacity & capabilities Coordinate with Production/Material Planning, Logistics and Warehouse (WH) to receive WW products/Finished Goods Ensure that Subcons received and understood updated drawings, specifications and other technical and quality documents and get support from Manufacturing Engineering (ME) when Subcons need it. Coordinate with Warehouse to provide the necessary Hardware to Subcons for both FOP & MPG Provide regular reports and updates to Procurement and BU management as required Contribute to Subcons scorecards Where Compliance is an issue, report to the Procurement Director Other tasks as required by management Quyền lợi được hưởng Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Previous experience in furniture manufacturing industry is a must Technical background related to assigned Category – Bachelor Wood & Furniture Engineering/Manufacturing Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a similar position or manufacturing or engineering or planning position Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Internet, and Office processing software.
