Mô tả công việc 1.1. Administration Work on system to do data entry for all new products, changes. Assist category supervisor on implementing category strategy. Pay regular visits to stores, to competitors and initiate appropriate decisions /actions to ensure competitive advantage is maintained. Support Line Manager in: Prepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Admin. Summarize the documents related: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin. Inform new suppliers about the delivery processes of goods and invoices. 1.2 Sales and stock Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager. Get aging reports from DC/Sales Admin then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date. 1.3. Minimum 2 years’ working experience in category management, merchandising, marketing or related field. Retail knowledge is an advantage. Good command of English. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Quick learning and can-do attitude. Outstanding communication skills. Be able to work independently and teamwork, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
