Mô tả công việc 1. Vacancy Management and leadership hiring - Participate as a selection panel member in the recruitment process; - Ensure to take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improve matching rate and reduce recruitment cost per hire; - Ensure candidate experience by closely working with Line managers; - Manage full process of JD standardization; - Ensure to bring in quality of hire, monitor performance of new joiners; - Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan; - Run thorough analytics and have a data driven approach to positions being managed; - Lead the Market Intelligence and Talent Scoping for Talent Insight for key critical roles. 2. Project Management & Execution - Work on Capability building Initiatives for hiring managers - Enhance / improve on the internal referral program - Work on different talent branding projects, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, building campus program and employer value proposition 3. Employer Branding - Build talent brand programs, operationalize them, and measure their success; - Join to build company core values, culture; - Create the plan for Employer Brand, from group to locals; - Identify partners and platforms to help intensify and position our brand among key talent; - Have a clear and target approach through effective use of social media vehicles; - Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness brand with potential candidates; - Monitor and track progress on each campaign towards meeting defined campaign objectives Process; - Lead and implement SOP building project. Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Experience of recruitment in a search firm/Corporate; - Minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience in Human Resources with recruitment experience of at least 6 years; - Ability to work under strict deadlines; - Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally; - Ecommerce, Logistics industry experience would be a good to have, open for other similar industry; - Experience of working on digital platforms like LinkedIn, other job portals; - Minimum 2 years experience in driving Employer brand through social media handles like Linkedin, Facebook… - Bachelor or Master degree in HR management or relevant majors; - Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities; - Proven track record in handling end to end mid to senior level hiring; - Strong communication and implementation skills; - Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives is preferred; - Knowledge of assessment tools and psychometric tests; - Language Skill - Fluency in English
